A special edition class for the NEW YEAR designed to make you SWEAT! Jumping and cardio intervals combine with the Pilates repertoire to ensure a heart-pumping, leg-burning, and dynamic total-body workout. 

>> As always, we offer the foundation, modification & progression of exercises to ensure a tailored and individual-appropriate experience (AKA you don't need to be a Pilates superhero to come to this class)!
