Our STRENGTHEN  class delivers a total-body, muscle-quaking workout. Functional strength moves using dumbbells, resistance bands, Bala weights, and the jump board seamlessly integrate with the Reformer to ensure an effective and fun sweat session.

**As always, we offer the foundation, modification & progression of exercises to ensure a tailored and individual-appropriate experience (AKA you don't need to be a Pilates superhero to come to this class)!

Open Level Class:

All movers are welcome! If you are new to fitness, have a health condition or injury, AND are cleared to exercise by a physician, please try our beginner-friendly REBOOT class or contact us to discuss the best route for you ♡
