Our REBOOT class is designed to rebalance, revive and re-energize. Ideal for both beginners or for those recovery days when you want to treat your body to a more gentle movement experience, this class fuses total-body strengthening and mobility-focused exercises in a low-impact format.
Open Level Class:
All movers are welcome! If you are new to fitness and/or have a health condition or injury, you must be cleared to exercise by a physician prior to attending class.
